Track My Order
Looking to track your order? When your order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail from support@balinista.com with your tracking number included in it. If you ordered our products from a third-party website, this e-mail may come directly from them.
Depending on the product ordered, the e-mail could take 5-7 business days to be sent. Once you receive the e-mail, follow these steps to easily check on your delivery status.

2. Enter Your Tracking Code (From Shipping Confirmation E-Mail)
3. Click the "Track" Button
Things to keep in mind:
- Order numbers do not instantly update with available Delivery Status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed- Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should be updated within a few business days.
- Depending on the destination, the order may take up to 40 business days to be delivered. Please make sure to double check our Shipping Policy to see the delivery time frame for your specific country.
